Current club chair Andrew Wilkinson notched up another success at the Northumbria County Closed last month.
Andrew battled to a 3-2 win in a highly competitive semi final against Alan Coates. The final against dropshot expert Colin McNestrie proved a stop start affair; however, Andrew stuck to his driving game to take a 3-1 victory in the O65 category.
